Create characters through sculptures

By building frames, learning the human body’s structure , and expressing character through fashion design and face painting, students not only understand the simple structure of the human body , but also create sculptures by using multiple medias. It’s a wonderful way to help kids put imagination to a reality figure.
Materials: Metal , Plaster , Paper, Cloth, feather, beans ,Paint….

Here are some of works from drawing lessons.

Colorful oil pastel drawings

Brilliant greens, blues, yellows and reds–oil pastels have a wide range of beautiful colors to work with. Compared with traditional pastels, which are harder and have a chalk-like consistency, oil pastels are soft, oily and are a more “painterly” medium.

Instead of mixing colors, as you would with oil paints to get a specific color, you will learn to overlay and interlace pastel colors to achieve the color you want. Oil pastels present a very direct way of working and can produce a variety of effects, including, soft, muted shading, subtly blended color passages, vibrant, sweeps and slashes of pure color.

Logo fun

Since the name of this website is “Cre8tive fun”, To design a logo for this website, I assume the logo has to present very strong messages of “Fun, Creative, Cute”.

Before I start to design my own logo, I asked both my 4 years boys to design the logo. My exactly words is “How about tried something fun and new”. As matter of fact , they love it. After I explained the basic rules of design a logo , They spend two hours sketching out more than 10 ideas on paper. I was so impressed by their work. And realize how important is to let kids have opportunities to express their creative talents.

At last I designed my own logo, it is different from theirs, I need the logo more readable by 3 seconds rule of logo design. There I share some of their designs.
